The LEA-M8S breakout Evaluation board makes evaluating the high performance of the u-blox 8 GPS/QZSS, GLONASS, BeiDou positioning engine simple. With a built-in USB interface for both power supply and high-speed data transfer, the need for an external power supply is eliminated. The LEA-M8S breakout is compact, and it’s user-friendly interface and power supply options make it ideally suited for use in laboratories, vehicles and outdoor locations. Furthermore, the LEA-M8S breakout can be used with a PDA or a notebook PC, making it the perfect companion through all stages of design-in projects. It’s a fully assembled and tested PCB for the LEA-M8S integrated sma connectors for High Gain GPS antenna.
The LEA-M8S module delivers concurrent GNSS location capability together with high-performance u-blox M8 positioning technology in the industry proven LEA form factor. With its dual-frequency RF front-end, the u-blox M8 concurrent GNSS engine is able to intelligently use the highest number of visible satellites from two of the GNSS systems (GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou) for more reliable positioning. The LEA-M8S provides exceptional performance with low system power, and is optimized for cost sensitive applications.
